Welcome to the MotHs Hub

The MotHs Hub is the culmination of years of members dreaming of a place to call home. It’s a space created by mums for mums. Peaceful, clean and welcoming, it’s the perfect space to catch up with an old friend or make new ones, work, study, or find the essential information and advice you are looking for. As we build our place-based community that links to our strong online community, we’ll develop events and activities based on the needs of those who use it.

Want to hire the hub for a business event or workshop but don’t have public liability insurance. We get it, insurance is expensive but necessary. That’s why you can contact us we and we can discuss supporting your event under our public liability insurance (cost $30). Email us for details.

Hire the Hub

Our new place-based Hub in Belgrave is an exciting step forward for our group. The space is run for mums by mums who understand that mums need a space to call their own. It's a space for mums to work and study, learn new skills, seek advice and support and importantly connect. Events and workshops in this space are mums-centric. Events dates and space availability can be found on our website or you can join our newsletter. We look forward to seeing you at the hub. The Moths Hub is perfect for:

  • mums wanting to work while their kids are in kinder or at school;

  • businesses looking for office space;

  • businesses needing a small, safe, accessible, cosy space for their group meet, workshop or event.

Our reasonable rates help keep the lights on and the space maintained.

Reception Room

  • 23.3 m^2. Direct access to kitchen and bathroom.

    Comfortably seats 5-7 with existing lounge, but will extend to 10-12 with additional fold-out chairs.

  • Suitable for small groups and workshops.

Meeting/Co-working Room

  • There is a long, 2.4-m meeting table, comfortably seating 4-6 people.

    There are also sitting or standing desk spaces on our window bench for 2 people.

Whole Space

  • In addition to the shared kitchen and bathroom, this includes the reception, meeting/co-working room and office without interruption by other groups or individuals hiring the space.

    Wi-fi available

  • This space is suitable for telehealth consultations, meetings, women’s circles, meditation groups, workshops and small seminars.

  • Whether your paid subscriber or not, looking for one hour or the whole day, 2 rooms or the whole space, there are so many options to choose from.
