A fun and interactive wellbeing workshop that supports 7 to 12 year old girls to foster a positive mindset, inner confidence and resilience before they embark on their teenage years and are exposed to the powerful world of social media. The Believe In Me workshops are based on positive psychology principles and delivered by way of fun, creative and engaging activities. Your child will come away from the Believe In Me workshop knowing themselves better, understanding the power they have over their own lives and with increased social awareness.
